رهانات « الجيل الأخضر » موضوع مساءلة رئيس الحكومة أمام المستشارين

يمثُل عزيز أخنوش رئيس الحكومة المغربية أمام مجلس المستشارين يوم الثلاثاء المقبل في إطار الجلسة العمومية الشهرية المخصصة لتقديم “الأجوبة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالسياسة العامة » وذلك تطبيقا لأحكام الفصل 100 من الدستور، الذي ينص على أنه “تُخصص بالأسبقية جلسة في كل أسبوع لأسئلة أعضاء مجلسي البرلمان وأجوبة الحكومة. تُدلي الحكومة بجوابها خلال العشرين يوما الموالية لإحالة السؤال إليها. تُقدم الأجوبة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالسياسة العامة من قبل رئيس الحكومة، وتخصص لهذه الأسئلة جلسة واحدة كل شهر، وتُقدم الأجوبة عنها أمام المجلس الذي يعنيه الأمر خلال الثلاثين يوما الموالية لإحالة الأسئلة إلى رئيس الحكومة”.
وحسب البلاغ الصادر عن المجلس اليوم الجمعة 31 دجنبر الجاري، فإن جلسة المساءلة ستتمحور حول موضوع “مخطط الجيل الأخضر ورهانات التنمية القروية والعدالة المجالية”. واشار المكتب أن جلسة المجلس ستنعقد في احترام تام للإجراءات الاحترازية.
يذكر أن هذه الجلسة جاءت بعد تأجيل موعدها، والذى كان مقررا في منتصف دجنبر الجاري، حيث كانت ستتوقف عند موضوع “السياسة العامة المتعلقة بتنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني وشروط تنزيل الجهوية المتقدمة وتحقيق العدالة المجالية.
