تحولت رحلة ثلاثة أصدقاء فرنسيين لمراكش إلى كابوس حقيقي، بعدما وجدوا أنفسهم أمام أبواب موصدة للرياض الذي حجزوه عبر منصة الحجز العالمية « بوكينغ ».
ونقلا عن الجريدة الفرنسية التي أوردت الخبر فإن الشبان الثلاثة وجدوا عرضا مغريا لرياض على منصة « بوكينغ »، حاصل على تقييم 9,3 من 10، وأسرعوا إلى حجز الغرف من أجل عدم تضييع الفرصة، لكن وعند وصولهم إلى عين المكان في التاريخ المحدد، تفاجؤوا أن هذه المؤسسة تتواجد في حي مهجور وأن أبوابها مغلقة.
ويضيف المصدر ذاته وفق شهادة أحد الضحايا أن البيئة في الحي حيث يتواجد الرياض كانت قاتمة ولا علاقة لها بالصور الموجودة على المنصة، وهو ما جعلهم يشعرون بخيبة أمل كبيرة.
وقد حاول الشبان التواصل مع ملاك الرياض لكن دون جدوى، وحتى خدمة العملاء الخاصة بمنصة « بوكينغ » لم تعر شكاياتهم أي اهتمام، مما اضطرهم إلى المكوث في فندق آخر، في انتظار استرجاع مبلغ حجز الرياض الذي ت اقتطاعه.
