في خطوة طموحة نحو تعزيز البيئة العمرانية والصحية داخل مدينة مراكش، عقد السيد فريد شوراق، والي جهة مراكش آسفي وعامل عمالة مراكش، اجتماعاً بارزاً يوم الجمعة الموافق 5 أبريل 2024 بمقر الولاية، محوره الرئيسي كان التداول حول خطة طموحة لترحيل الوحدات الصناعية من الأحياء السكنية إلى مناطق أنشطة اقتصادية مجهزة ومستوفية لشروط السلامة الصحية والبيئية.
الخطوة التي تقدم بها السيد الوالي تأتي في ظل الحاجة الماسة لتوفير بيئة سكنية آمنة وخالية من المخاطر الصناعية، وذلك من خلال إعادة توزيع الوحدات الصناعية ضمن مناطق مخصصة تلبي احتياجاتها التشغيلية مع ضمان الحفاظ على السلامة العامة والصحية للسكان. تتضمن الخطة إنشاء مناطق أنشطة اقتصادية مجهزة بكل الضروريات التي تحترم معايير السلامة الصحية وكرامة المستخدمين.
الوالي شوراق أكد خلال الاجتماع على أهمية هذه العملية وضرورة توفير محلات مهيكلة ومواتية تضمن سلامة ورفاهية العاملين، إلى جانب التأكيد على أهمية التجهيزات اللوجيستيكية والتدابير الضرورية لإنجاح الانتقال. وقد وُجِهت تعليمات محددة إلى ممثلي السلطات والمصالح المعنية للعمل على تدارس وإعداد المنطقة الاقتصادية التي من المتوقع أن تستوعب حوالي 200 وحدة صناعية، مشدداً على الإلزامية في توفير محلات تحترم القوانين المعمول بها في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية.
تأتي هذه الخطة في إطار الجهود المبذولة لتحقيق التوازن بين النمو الصناعي وحماية البيئة والصحة العامة، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار مصلحة السكان والعاملين على حد سواء. ومن المقرر أن تتيح هذه الخطوة، بمجرد تنفيذها، بيئة عمل أفضل للعاملين في القطاع الصناعي، بالإضافة إلى تحسين جودة الحياة لسكان المناطق المعنية.
في ختام الاجتماع، حث السيد فريد شوراق على ضرورة مواكبة ومرافقة أرباب الوحدات الصناعية لضمان تنفيذ سلس وفعّال للمشروع، مع التأكيد على السرعة في الإجراءات لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة في أقرب وقت ممكن، مشيراً إلى أهمية هذا المشروع في دفع عجلة التنمية المستدامة وتحسين الصورة العمرانية والبيئية لمدينة مراكش.
