وبحسب مصادر من عين المكان،فقد هرعت فرقة من السلطة المحلية بالملحقة الادارية الحي الحسني،برئاسة قائدة الملحقة،وخليفتها،الى جانب عناصر القوات المساعدة،واعوان السلطة،(هرعوا)مباشرةالى عين المكان،بعد وروداخبارية،تفيد باشتغال قاعة رياضية،خارج القانون،مما مكن من اعتقال صاحب القاعةالمعنية،فضلا عن 12شخصا من زبناء القاعة المذكورة،واحالتهم جميعافي حالة اعتقال على المصالح الامنيةبالدائرة11،والتي باشرت معهم التحقيق تحت اشراف النيابة العامة المختصة.
