جلالة الملك يوجه رسالة إلى أخنوش لإعادة النظر في مدونة الأسرة
وجه أمير المؤمنين، صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، رسالة سامية إلى السيد رئيس الحكومة، تتعلق بإعادة النظر في مدونة الأسرة.
وتأتي هذه الرسالة الملكية تفعيلا للقرار السامي الذي أعلن عنه جلالته في خطاب العرش لسنة 2022، وتجسيدا للعناية الكريمة التي ما فتئ يوليها ، أعزه الله ، للنهوض بقضايا المرأة وللأسرة بشكل عام.
وبموازاة مع تكليف جلالة الملك، حفظه الله، للسيد رئيس الحكومة، من خلال هذه الرسالة، فقد أسند جلالته الإشراف العملي على إعداد هذا الإصلاح الهام، بشكل جماعي ومشترك، لكل من وزارة العدل والمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية ورئاسة النيابة العامة، وذلك بالنظر لمركزية الأبعاد القانونية والقضائية لهذا الموضوع.
كما دعا جلالته المؤسسات المذكورة إلى أن تشرك بشكل وثيق في هذا الإصلاح الهيئات الأخرى المعنية بهذا الموضوع بصفة مباشرة، وفي مقدمتها المجلس العلمي الأعلى، والمجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، والسلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالتضامن والإدماج الاجتماعي والأسرة، مع الانفتاح أيضا على هيئات وفعاليات المجتمع المدني والباحثين والمختصين.
وتقضي التعليمات الملكية السامية، برفع مقترحات التعديلات التي ستنبثق عن هذه المشاورات التشاركية الواسعة، إلى النظر السامي لجلالة الملك، أمير المؤمنين، والضامن لحقوق وحريات المواطنين، في أجل أقصاه ستة أشهر، وذلك قبل إعداد الحكومة لمشروع قانون في هذا الشأن، وعرضه على مصادقة البرلمان”.
