توقيع اتفاقيات على هامش مؤتمر بمراكش
تم امس الثلاثاء بمراكش، التوقيع على عدة اتفاقيات تتعلق بمجال الهيدروجين الأخضر، وذلك على هامش الدورة الثالثة للقمة العالمية للهيدروجين الأخضر وتطبيقاته.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقيات إلى تشجيع الابتكار وتعزيز التكوين في مجال الهيدروجين الأخضر بغية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، فضلا عن إرساء تدابير مناسبة كفيلة بإنجاح الانتقال الطاقي بالمغرب.
وتروم الاتفاقية الأولى، المُبرمة بين مجلس جهة كلميم – واد نون ومعهد البحث في الطاقة الشمسية والطاقات الجديدة، إقامة تعاون في مجال البحث ومختلف الأنشطة المرتبطة بالتنمية المستدامة.
أما الاتفاقية الثانية المبرمة بين مكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل، وتكتل الهيدروجين الأخضر ” Cluster GreenH2″ ومعهد البحث في الطاقة الشمسية والطاقات الجديدة، فتهدف إلى التطوير والتنفيذ المشترك لبرامج التكوين المهني لفائدة مهنيي سلسلة قيمة الهيدروجين الأخضر في المغرب وإفريقيا.
وتهم الاتفاقية الثالثة التي وقع عليها بالأحرف الأولى كل من “هواوي” و”غرين إنرجي بارك” ومعهد البحث في الطاقة الشمسية والطاقات الجديدة، تطوير مشاريع أبحاث في مجال الطاقات المتجددة وتخزين الطاقة.
وتتمحور الاتفاقية الرابعة، التي تم إبرامها بين معهد البحث في الطاقة الشمسية والطاقات الجديدة والمركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة، حول التعاون من أجل تعزيز القدرات، والمشاريع البحثية، والشراكات في مجالات التغيرات المناخية، والطاقات المتجددة، والنجاعة الطاقية.
وتهم الاتفاقية الخامسة المُبرمة بين تكتل الهيدروجين الأخضر و”Eco-Stream Nederland B.V”، العمل المشترك بهدف إرساء شراكة رابح-رابح لدعم تطوير صناعة الهيدروجين الأخضر في المغرب.
وتنظم الدورة الثالثة من القمة العالمية للهيدروجين الأخضر وتطبيقاته (World PtX Summit)، على مدى يومين، تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، وبإشراف من وزارة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة.
وتُعقد القمة بتنظيم مشترك بين معهد البحث في الطاقة الشمسية والطاقات الجديدة، وتكتل الهيدروجين الأخضر بالمغرب وجامعة محمد السادس متعددة التخصصات التقنية، وبشراكة مع مجلس جهة كلميم- واد نون ومجلة صناعة المغرب “Industrie du Maroc”.
ويأتي تنظيم هذه الدورة بعد النجاح الذي حققته الدورة الثانية التي عرفت حضور أكثر من 500 مشارك، و90 متدخلا يمثلون 31 بلدا ضمن 9 جلسات علمية و 3 اجتماعات ثنائية. وتعتبر نسخة هذه السنة أكثر طموحا، إذ تعرف حضور أزيد من 1000 مشارك، و170 من الخبراء الدوليين، يشاركون خبراتهم وتجاربهم في إطار 35 جلسة علمية و5 فعاليات موازية.
وتعد القمة العالمية للهيدروجين الأخضر وتطبيقاته منصة رائدة لتعزيز حوار إقليمي ودولي حول فرص وتحديات سلسلة القيمة الصناعية واللوجستية والتكنولوجية للهيدروجين الأخضر وتطبيقاته.
