تواصل اللجنة الإقليمية للمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية بإقليم الحوز، نجاز مزيد من أقسام التعليم الأولي للمرة الأولى بعدد من الدواوير القروية النائية في مختلف الجماعات الترابية التابعة للإقليم.
وستقوم اللجنة باٍنجاز هذه السنة، عشرات الأقسام وتجهيزها، اٍذ يعمل القسم الاجتماعي على إعداد لائحة جديدة لهذه الأقسام التي سيتم انجازه قريبا بالإقليم.
ويأتي هذا التدخل بناء على التشخيص التشاركي الترابي المنجز من طرف اللجان المحلية للتنمية البشرية، التي رصدت مجموعة من الدواوير التي تعرف خصاصا في أقسام التعليم الأولي.
وفي سياق استراتيجية برنامج الدفع بالتنمية البشرية للأجيال الصاعدة، التابع لـ”INDH”، التي تهدف إلى التصدي بطريقة استباقية للأسباب الرئيسية عن التأخر الحاصل في مجال التنمية البشرية، عبر مواكبة الفرد طيلة مراحل نموه، تواصل اللجنة الاقليمية تحت رئاسة عامل الاقليم رشيد بنشيخي، عملها من أجل إخراج هذه الأقسام إلى حيز الوجود.
ويسعى البرنامج نفسه إلى تعميم التعليم الأولي في المناطق القروية الهشة، من خلال بناء وتجهيز 10000 وحدة للتعليم الأولي في المناطق القروية أو النائية التي لا تتوفر على مدارس ابتدائية على صعيد المملكة، وإعادة تأهيل 5000 وحدة لهذا التعليم في المناطق ذاتها، وتغطية تكاليف سنتين من التسيير لـ 10000 وحدة منجزة.
