نال تنفيذ حكم الإفراغ في حق عائلة ميگري من البيت الذي تؤجره في حي لوداية التاريخي في الرباط، مساحة واسعة من التغطية الإعلامية والمواكبة الإخبارية في الصحافة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وحظيت دون غيرها من الأحكام المماثلة باهتمام زائد من التعليقات التي تجاذبت أحكام القيمة أغلبها انطباعية عاطفية.
وانبرى صحافيون في غير مواقع الحياد والموضوعية التي يفترض التحلي بها في مهماتهم الإعلامية، وسلخ بعضهم جلد « المياگرة » واحدا واحدا يأتون بهم في ما نطقوا ويحاكمونهم بما صرحوا حكما لا استئناف فيه ولا نقض، ويستدركون بما استطاعوا لتأليب المواطنين على هذه العائلة الفنية التي ربما خانها أفق التوقع لديها بالعرفان لتاريخها الموسيقي والغنائي والسينمائي والتشكيلي…أمام المجتمع وأمام القانون.
ويبدو أن أفراد عائلة ميگري توقعوا ما لا يبيحه القانون للمغاربة الذين جعلهم الدستور أمامه سواسية لا أفضلية لمواطن على مواطنه بمنصب أو سلطة أو جاه أو سبق، ولا امتياز لأحد سوى بما نص عليه التشريع صراحة في إطار مصلحة وطنية وظروف خاصة جدا، فأطلق نفر منهم لاسيما الشباب لسانه بنرجسية مفرطة وانفعال ضاع في حدته أدب صاحبه.
ولاذ بالصمت بين ذلك مالكو المنزل المطل على نهر أبي رقراق المشرف من تل لوداية على ضفة سلا عند المصب الذي تصيخ فيه غرف البيت/الرياض إلى مناجاة المد والجزر لموج الغزل بين الماء العذب الفرات والماء المالح الأجاج، ولم يسمع لهم حسيس قبل استقبال وزير الثقافة للطرف المدعى عليه.
أغرى البيت بجمال موقعه المالكين الجدد لشرائه، وأغرت قيمة الإيجار عائلة ميگري للبقاء فيه واستيطانه، وضحى المالكون الأصليون بالمنزل وبموقعه وجمال منظره، وبالصك العقاري مقابل سعر البيع الذي لاشك سيكون مبلغه يعادل قرونا من قيمة الإيجار الذي لا تتعدى سومته 250 درهما بالشهر.
لا حجة لعائلة ميكري بمنطق القانون، في استيطان بيت أحجموا عن دفع مبلغ إيجاره الشهري للملاك الجدد بسومة العهد/الوقت؛ ولا حجة لهم في رفض شفعته وتملكه وحيازته؛ ولا حجة لهم في نكران حقوق الغير في ملكية عقاره؛ ولا حجة لهم بعدئذ في الدفع بتاريخ العائلة الفني و »التبجح » به في مواجهة سلطة القانون متمترسين خلف كاميرات وميكروفونات وسائل الإعلام.
كما لا حجة لكل أولئك الذين حصرتهم مياه النهر على الضفة الأخرى للموقف، فصوبوا نيرانهم تجاه بيت لوداية وقاطنيه يلعنون تاريخهم ويسفهون فنهم ويقبحون منطقهم، يحقرونهم بإبطال حججهم ويطيشون في مواضع الحق كل موقف لديهم؛ ويناصرون من للقانون حق نصرته وقد نصره، ولكأنما استصرخت عائلة ميگري على العدالة وعلى المجتمع وعلى الواقع بمهنة أفرادها التي مارسوا من خلالها الفنون السبعة كما مارس جميع الشعب المغربي مهنا ووظائف تعيشوا منها وخدموا من خلالها الوطن والمجتمع وكان لكل منهم بصمته في تاريخ بلادهم وما كسبوا سوى ما به يذكرهم تاريخ صنيعهم.
ويؤسف ل »المياگرة » الموقف الذي وضعوا فيه أنفسهم وورطوا في أتونه تاريخهم المرصع بالإبداع والتحديث مع التفهم للوضعية المحزنة التي أحيطت بخمسين سنة من الألفة مع عقار وطدتها أنامل العزف على أوتار القيتارة الندية بنسائم البحر والنهر ونحتتها نقشا في ذاكرة الحياة بالبيت 85 في حي لوداية بالرباط شهد ميلاد طفل وميلاد حب وأغنية ولحن وانتهى مصيره إلى ركح فيه تم تصوير مشهد ميلودرامي من تلفزيون الواقع لمآل الفنان في المغرب.
ويؤسف أيضا لإعلاميين أمعنوا جيدا في القصل وجز الألسنة وقطع الرقاب وجدع الأنوف وسلخ الجلود في سلسلة تصريحات الميگريين للصحافة، لا يألون لواقع الحال ولا لما صار إليه المآل في وضعية أسرة فنية مشهود لتاريخها بالإبداع الفني في أي مجال.
وما كان هؤلاء الإعلاميون رحماء بالحياد والموضوعية، وما كانون قتلة فجرة في حق طرفي المدعي والمدعى عليه ولكن، سخروا ما أوتوا ليأتوا ما أتَوْا لأجله دون الصحافة في نقل الخبر والإعلام لتنوير الرأي العام؛ وما ظلموا في ذلك حيث يقول المثل جنت على نفسها براقش وميكري جنوا على أنفسهم…
