أعلنت عمدة مدينة مراكش فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري عن لقاء جمعها بجمعة المقاولين بالحي الصناعي سيدي غانم بقصر بلدية مراكش يوم الاثنين الماضي 10 يناير، وبحضور كل من المدير الجهوي للاستثمار والمدير الجهوي للبيئة وأطر من الجماعة، وذلك بهدف تدارس الإشكالات والمعيقات التي تحول دون تسريع تأهيل منطقة الحي الصناعي.
وأكدت العمدة عبر صفحتها الرسمية في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك أنه » تم الاتفاق على الحل القانوني لعدم توفر وثائق التسلّم النهائي لهذا الحي، وذلك من خلال إعداد وبلورة وثيقة بين شركة العمران والمجلس الجماعي لمراكش »، وأضافت أنه « تم التطرق إلى تأهيل البنية التحتية للحي الصناعي، وفي مقدمتها إصلاح وتقوية الطرق وتنظيم عملية السير والجولان بالمنطقة، ودعم شبكات الماء والكهرباء والهاتف، إضافة إلى إحداث وبناء مركز للتدبير والتسيير الصناعي، ودعم تركيب واستعمال الطاقة الشمسية والطاقات النظيفة لتخفيض تكلفة استهلاك الشركات والمقاولات للكهرباء ».
وخلص اللقاء إلى العمل على إعداد وتوقيع اتفاقية تجمع جميع الأطراف المتدخلة للتمكن من تنزيل الإجراءات المتفق عليها.
