بعد قانون الاثراء غير المشروع..عزيز أخنوش يسحب مشروع القانون المتعلق بالاحتلال المؤقت لملك الدولة من البرلمان

بعد سحبها مشروع القانون رقم 10.19 المتعلق بتنظيم وتغيير مجموعة القانون الجنائي الحكومة بسبب بند الاثراء غير المشروع، والذي سبق وأحالته حكومة بنكيران على البرلمان في 24 يونيو 2016 وظل يراوح مكانه حيث تمت عرقلته بسبب بند الاثراء غير المشروع، أقدمت الحكومة بطلب من رئيسها عزيز أخنوش على سحب مشروع القانون رقم 03.19 المتعلق بالاحتلال المؤقت للملك العمومي للدولة الذي صادقت عليه حكومة العثماني على البرلمان في 12 ماي 2021.
وفي هذا الإطار وجه رئيس مجلس النواب رشيد الطالبي العلمي إلى رئيس لجنة البنيات الأساسية والطاقة والمعادن والبيئة أمس الجمعة 21 يناير مراسلة اطلع عليها موقع « مراكش7″، جاء فيها أن رئاسة المجلس توصلت بمراسلة من رئيس الحكومة تتعلق بسحب مشروع القانون المشار إليه المحال على اللجنة.
مشروع هذا القانون الذي سحبه عزيز أخنوش سبق وصادقت عليه حكومة العثماني، حيث تمت إحالته على البرلمان وعرض أمام اللجنة المختصة، وهو يروم توفير الحماية اللازمة للملك العمومي، ووضع قواعد تراعي خصوصية هذه الأملاك وتوجيهها نحو الاحتلال الأمثل والعقلاني مع سن تدابير حمائية ضد جميع أنواع الاحتلال غير المشروع وغير الملائم للأغراض المرخص بها، وإنهاء حالات الاحتلال التي تحولت إلى ملكية دائمة.
