بعد اجتماع مع الزعيم..وزير الصحة يعطي تعليماته لتحسين الوضع الصحي بالرحامنة
عقد النائب البرلماني عبد اللطيف الزعيم أمس الإثنين 13 مايو 2024، جلسة عمل مع وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، خالد أيت الطالب، لمناقشة تعزيز البنية التحتية والموارد البشرية للمستشفى الإقليمي بالرحامنة وتعزيز العرض الصحي بالجماعات التابعة للإقليم.
وأكد النائب البرلماني الحاجة الماسة لتعزيز الخدمات الصحية بالمنطقة، نظرًا للتحديات الكبيرة التي تواجه الإقليم فيما يتعلق بنقص الموارد البشرية والتجهيزات الطبية، والتي تؤثر سلبًا على جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين.
وفي هذا السياق، تم التأكيد على ضرورة توفير الدعم اللازم لتعزيز الكوادر الطبية والتقنية بالمستشفى الإقليمي، وتحسين البنية التحتية والخدمات الطبية بالجماعات القروية، من أجل ضمان توفير رعاية صحية شاملة وفعالة.
كما تم التأكيد على ضرورة التسريع في إخراج المستشفى الإقليمي الجديد لحيز الوجود، وقد أبدى السيد الوزير استعداده لتجاوب مع بعض المطالب المستعجلة، مثل توفير طبيب الانعاش.
وفي سياق متصل، أعلن الوزير عن توجيه تعليماته للسيد المندوب الجهوي لدعم الخصاص المسجل في الموارد البشرية بالإقليم، كما أكد أن الإقليم سيستفيد من بعض المناصب المالية الخاصة بتوظيف الأطباء في الأسابيع المقبلة.
وفيما يتعلق بإشكالية الموارد البشرية، أشار الوزير إلى أنها ستتم حلها من خلال اعتماد مقاربة جديدة لتحفيز أطباء القطاع العمومي، في إطار البرنامج الطبي الجهوي، بإعتماد أجر قار وأجر متحرك لرفع قيمة التعويضات التي يحصل عليها الأطباء بناءً على حجم المجهود الذي يبذلونه.
وتعتبر هذه الخطوات جزءًا من الجهود الرامية لتعزيز الرعاية الصحية وتحسين خدماتها في الإقليم، وتعكس التزام الحكومة بتلبية احتياجات المواطنين في مجال الصحة.
