انعقاد أشغال الدورة العادية للمجلس الإداري للأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش آسفي


انعقدت يوم 12 دجنبر الجاري بمراكش، أشغال الدورة العادية للمجلس الإداري للأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش آسفي، برئاسة الحسين قضاض، المفتش العام للشؤون الإدارية، نيابة عن وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة.

ويأتي انعقاد هذه الدورة في سياق تنزيل الإطار الإجرائي لخارطة الطريق 2022-2026 « من أجل مدرسة عمومية ذات جودة للجميع »، والذي يحدد برامج التحول والمبادرات والإجراءات التي يتم تنزيلها خلال سنتي 2023 و2024.

وأكد المفتش العام حرص الوزارة على توفير وسائل العمل والتجهيزات الضرورية للفاعلين التربويين، بما فيها التجهيزات الرقمية، وتعزيز هامش المبادرة لديهم، وتزويدهم بالمقاربات والموارد البيداغوجية الملائمة، وإرساء آليات لتحفيزهم، وكل ذلك من أجل خلق مناخ تربوي سليم ومحفز على التركيز على النجاح الدراسي، وعلى تنمية المكتسبات الدراسية للتلاميذ.

ومن جهته، استعرض مدير الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش آسفي عرضا مفصلا  حول حصيلة ومنجزات الأكاديمية برسم سنة 2023، وكذا أولويات برنامج العمل ومشروع الميزانية ومشروع مخطط التكوين المستمر لسنة 2024، واختتمت أشغال المجلس بالمصادقة على مشاريع برنامج عمل وميزانية الأكاديمية ومخطط التكوين المستمر برسم سنة 2024.

وقد تميزت هذه الدورة بالتوقيع على اتفاقية للشراكة بين الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش آسفي وجمعية مشروع تحليق PROJECT SAOR، تتعلق بمجال التقليص من الهدر المدرسي وتشجيع الفتيات على التمدرس بجهة مراكش آسفي، وتزويد الفتيات في سن المراهقة بمهارات القيادة، من خلال مجموعة من الأنشطة الثقافية والرياضية والصحية والتربوية.
