انخفاض التداولات العقارية في مراكش خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من السنة

سجلت مدينة مراكش انخفاضا في التداولات العقارية خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من السنة، حسب ما جاء في التقرير الاقتصادي لبنك المغرب والوكالة الوطنية للمحافظة العقارية والمسح العقاري والخرائطية.
ووفقا للتقرير، فقد سجلت المدن الكبرى، مراكش والرباط والدار البيضاء، تراجعا ربع سنوي بنسب 18 بالمائة و13.1 بالمائة و9.9 بالمائة، على التوالي، في الربع الثالث من 2023.
وارتفعت أسعار العقار في مدينة الرباط بنسبة 1.9 بالمائة، نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار السكن (2.9 بالمائة)، وفي المقابل، تراجعت في الدار البيضاء ومراكش. حيث يرتبط ذلك في العاصمة الاقتصادية بانخفاض أسعار الوحدات السكنية (0,5 بالمائة) والأراضي (0,1 بالمائة)، والأمر نفسه بالنسبة للعاصمة السياحية التي انفضت فيها أسعار الأراضي العقارية بنسبة 1.4 بالمائة.
