صدر بالجريدة الرسمية قرار لوزير الداخلية رقم 1019.24 بتعلق بمنح الولاة والعمال سلطة التأشير على تعيين وإعفاء وإنهاء المهام المتعلقة بالمناصب العليا بإدارة الجماعات الترابية.
وحسب القرار الصادر بالجريدة الرسمية، فقد فوض وزير الداخلية، عبد الوافي لفتيت، إلى ولاة الجهات وعمال العمالات والأقاليم، كل واحد منهم في حدود دائرة نفوذه الترابي سلطة التأشير على قرارات وعقود التعيين والإعفاء وإنهاء المهام المتعلقة بالمناصب العليا بإدارة الجماعات الترابية ومؤسسات التعاون بين الجماعات ومجموعات الجماعات الترابية.
واستثنى قرار وزير الداخلية الصادر بالجريدة الرسمية، منصبي المدير العام للمصالح بإدارة الجهات وبجماعة الدارالبيضاء، وكذا مدير الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع.
وبحسب المادة الثانية من القرار المنشور بالجريدة الرسمية، فإن مقتضيات هذا القرار لا تسري على القرارات والعقود، المشار إليها في المادة الأولى، المتعلقة بالمناصب العليا التي تم الشروع في مسطرتها قبل تاريخ دخول هذا القرار حيز التنفيذ.
