المحكمة الابتدائية بقلعة السراغنة تعتمد على البريد الالكتروني في الإشعار بمآل الشكايات والطلبات

علنت النيابة العامة بالمحكمة الابتدائية بقلعة السراغنة عن إطلاق خدمة استعمال البريد الإلكتروني في الإشعار بمآل الشكايات والطلبات والمحاضر برسم سنة 2024.

وجاء هذا الاجراء في إطار الحرص على التدبير السليم للأشعار بمآل الشكايات والطلبات، التي يتم تقديمها أمام النيابة وفق كما جاء في إعلان لوكيل الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية لقلعة السراغنة

وأكد الاعلان على ضرورة الإشارة إلى البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف في الطلبات والشكايات التي يقدمها المتقاضين لأجل هذه الغاية مشيرا إلى أن هذه الطريقة من شأنها تبليغ الجميع واطلاعهم على وجه السرعة بالمآل دون انتظار وقت طويل التوصل بالإشعار الكتابي

وأضاف المصدر ذاته ان هذه الطريقة تغني عن المشاكل المرتبطة بالتبليغ واكراهاته، من قبيل عدم التوصل إلى العنوان أو الشخص المراد تبليغه، أو عدم التوصل بالإشعار الكتابي.
