تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تعزيز المهارات والقدرة التنافسية للقطاع السياحي من خلال توفير بيئة تعليمية مرنة وديناميكية، بحيث سوف تقدم « أكاديمية الكونفدرالية الوطنية للسياحة » مجموعة متنوعة من الدورات وشهادات الفيديو القصيرة، التي تتكيف مع وتيرة المحترفين، لتعزيز ثقافة التكوين المستمر.
