الصويرة تحتفي بصقر « إليونورا »

ستقام النسخة الأولى من مهرجان « صقر إليونورا في موكادور »، في الفترة من 21 إلى 23 أكتوبر الجاري في مدينة الصويرة، تحت شعار « الصويرة، الملجأ المحمي لصقر إليونورا ».
وتهدف هذه التظاهرة إلى تعزيز نتائج عمل خبراء وعلماء علم الطيور الذين يشاركون في الحفاظ على هذا الطائر، الذي يعتبر رمزا لعاصمة الرياح.
ويشكل المهرجان فرصة للعمل والتبادل بين صناع القرار الوطنيين والمحليين، والجهات الفاعلة في الحفاظ على الأنواع وبيئاتها، من أجل تحديد الوسائل التي سيتم تنفيذها لتعزيز وإدامة الحفاظ على هذا التراث.
وخلال هذه النسخة الأولى، سيقدم المنظمون سلسلة من الأنشطة للإعلام والتوعية بين الجهات الفاعلة المحلية والسكان والصيادين والزوار حول هذا النوع وأهمية الحفاظ على البيئة الطبيعية للصويرة وجزرها وسواحلها.
ويتضمن برنامج المهرجان عقد مؤتمرات ومعارض للرسم والتصوير الفوتوغرافي وأنشطة مراقبة الطيور ودروس الرسم والزيارات البيئية للمواقع حول الصويرة.
ويشار أن جزر مدينة الصويرة تعد موطنًا لأكبر مستعمرة في العالم لصقر إليونورا، حيث يوجد اليوم 1500 زوج يعشش هناك كل سنة.
