الاستيلاء على منشأة عمومية بإقليم اليوسفية وتخريبها وبيع معداتها
تقدمت جمعية التواصل للتنمية والمحافظة على البيئة بجماعة سيدي شيكر بإقليم اليوسفية، بشكاية ضد بعض الأشخاص الذين استولوا على بئر عمومي وخزان مائي بمعداته المتمثلة في مضخة مائية وأنابيب بلاستيكية، دون موجب قانوني، لأزيد من 20 سنة من الاستغلال في الفلاحة الموسمية وأشجار الزيتون والخضراوات.
ووفقا للشكاية فإن هؤلاء الأشخاص يفرضون إتاوات على الساكنة (10 دراهم للطن الواحد من الماء)، مع العلم أن هذا البئر أنشئ لتزويد سكان دوار الهناوات ودوار البيحات بالماء الصالح للشرب، كما أنهم حاولوا إنشاء صهريج لجمع المياه على الرغم من الوضعية الراهنة التي تتسم بندرة المياه بسبب الجفاف.
وتضيف الشكاية أن هؤلاء الأشخاص لجؤوا إلى تهديد أعضاء الجمعية من أجل ثنيهم عن استرجاع ما استولوا عليه، وهو ما يستلزم تدخلا عاجلا من طرف الجهات المختصة من أجل وضع حد لهذه التجاوزات وتعويض الساكنة عن الأضرار طيلة المدة الفارطة.
