الأساتذة المبرزون يصعدون ضد وزارة بنموسى
قررت التنسيقية الوطنية المستقلة للأساتذة المبرزين بالمغرب خوض إضراب وطني عن العمل، غدا الأربعاء 12 أبريل 2023، وكذا وقفة احتجاجية مركزية بالرباط أمام مقر الوزارة.
وترجع الاسباب وراء اتخاذ هذا القرار وفق ما تضمنه بيان صادر عن المجلس الوطني، في ظل استمرار المسؤولين في تجاهل وتغييب الملف المطلبي العادل والمشروع للأساتذة المبرزين طيلة جولات الحوار القطاعي، وكذا الإقصاء الممنهج للأستاذ المبرَّز.
واتهم “المبرزون” الوزارة الوصية على القطاع بـ”الانقلاب على اتفاق 19 أبريل 2011 القاضي بإخراج نظام أساسي خاص بهيئة الأساتذة المبرزين”.
وقد سبق للتنسيقية أن وضعت عدة مطالب على غرار “إحداث هيئة الأساتذة المبرزين تضم إطار أستاذ مبرز مستقل عن إطار أستاذ الثانوي التأهيلي، وإحداث درجات جديدة للترقي لهذه الفئة، مع مراجعة التعويضات (التعليم، التأطير، الأعباء، التكميلي) بما يضمن إنصاف إطار أستاذ مبرز داخل المنظومة، وإحداث تعويض عن البحث للمبرَّزين الحاصلين على شهادة الدكتوراه تحفيزا لهم على الإسهام في البحث العلمي”.
وأضافت مطالب التنسيقية كذلك“تعيين كل المُبرزات والمبرزين بأسلاك ما بعد البكالوريا، مع تحديد عدد ساعات العمل النظامية في 12 ساعة في الأسبوع، واعتبار ما فوق ذلك ساعات إضافية تطوعية بتعويضات محفزة، مع إلغاء الإجبارية في الساعات الإضافية، إلى جانب مراجعة مذكرات الحركات الانتقالية الخاصة بالمبرزين لترتكز على معايير واضحة وضوابط قابلة للقياس تسمح بانتقال المبرزين من وإلى مختلف مواقع اشتغالهم”.
كما يطالب المبرزون بـ”إضافة شهادة التبريز للائحة الشهادات المخولة للتسجيل في سلك الدكتوراه، مع فتح باب التباري للأساتذة المبرزين على مناصب المسؤولية بالمصالح المركزية والخارجية للوزارة”.
