إنطلاق أشغال جائزة كوفي عنان للسلامة الطرقية بمراكش


انطلقت، اليوم الاثنين بمراكش، أشغال الدورة الثانية لجائزة كوفي عنان للسلامة الطرقية، المنظمة من طرف وزارة النقل واللوجيستيك والوكالة الوطنية للسلامة الطرقية تحت شعار “التحولات الرقمية والابتكارات من أجل طرق أكثر أمانا”.

وتميزت الجلسة الافتتاحية لهذا الحدث القاري، المقام بتعاون مع اللجنة الاقتصادية لإفريقيا التابعة للأمم المتحدة والمبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة المكلف بالسلامة الطرقية ومؤسسة كوفي عنان، بحضور وزير النقل واللوجيستيك، محمد عبد الجليل، بالإضافة إلى المبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة للسلامة الطرقية، ومديرة مكتب شمال إفريقيا في اللجنة الاقتصادية لإفريقيا بالمغرب،وممثل برنامج سياسات النقل بإفريقيا – البنك الدولي، فضلا عن ممثلي مختلف المنظمات والوكالات من عدد من البلدان الإفريقية.

وتهدف هذه التظاهرة، الممتدة على مدى يومين، إلى تحفيز أبرز الأطراف المعنية المتمثلة في الحكومات والقطاع الخاص ومكونات المجتمع المدني، من أجل تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات مبتكرة ومتميزة لإنقاذ الأرواح على الطرقات الإفريقية، انسجاما مع الهدف المحدد من طرف الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، والرامي إلى تقليص المعدل العالمي للقتلى والمصابين بجروح بليغة جراء حوادث السير في أفق 2030.

ويأتي تنظيم هذه الدورة من جائزة كوفي عنان للسلامة الطرقية، بعد إحراز المملكة المغربية للجائزة في نسختها الأولى، كتثمين واعتراف بريادة التجربة المغربية في التدبير المؤسساتي للسلامة الطرقية على المستوى القاري.

ويعتبر المغرب بلدا رائدا في مجال السلامة الطرقية في إفريقيا، إذ تم اتخاذ خطوة جبارة سنة 2020، من خلال إحداث الوكالة الوطنية للسلامة الطرقية، باعتبارها مؤسسة رائدة ومستقلة وممولة ذاتيا، جاءت لتتويج إرث اللجنة الوطنية للوقاية من حوادث السير التي تم إحداثها سنة 1977.

كما يبذل المغرب مجهودات كبيرة لتعزيز التعاون جنوب-جنوب مع شركائه من الدول الإفريقية في مجالي النقل الطرقي والسلامة الطرقية.

يشار إلى أن هذه الجائزة تكرم وتثمن الحكومات والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات والأفراد الذين قدموا مساهمة هامة في مجال السلامة الطرقية في إفريقيا.

وتشمل معايير اختيار الفائزين بالجائزة العديد من العناصر الأساسية لخطط العمل العالمية والإقليمية للسلامة الطرقية، مثل إدارة وتدبير السلامة الطرقية، والابتكار في هذا المجال، والتوفر على نظام موثوق به لتدبير البيانات، وجهود التواصل الفعالة للوقاية من حوادث السير، والتمويل الوطني للسلامة الطرقية.

  829. One thing I’ve noticed is there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the financial institutions intentions when talking about foreclosure. One myth in particular is the bank wants your house. The financial institution wants your cash, not the home. They want the bucks they gave you along with interest.
